It had been awhile since we had seen his parents so it was great to spend some time catching up with them. We also got to see Greg's sister and her husband as well as Greg's good friends Larry and Mike.
Erica got some yummy Red Hot 'n Blue bbq for dinner and the weather was perfect so we got to enjoy our meal outside with a tribute to Michael Jackson playing in the background (Greg's brother-in-law, Brian, is DJ and travels with his equipment, so requests were welcomed).
They had ladder golf and bocce ball set up, and while the dogs made it a little challenging to play the games, folks still had a good time competing with one another.
As a birthday gift for Greg, Andy made him his own ladder golf set (now we can get ours back, haha) and he was so proud of himself for the wrapping job.
For dessert, we had a very tasty ice cream cake, my favorite!!
A great time was had by all and it was a perfect way to spend what would otherwise have been a typical Tuesday evening.
