Birthday Fun...

The beginning of September means birthday season is upon us! Grandma, Adam & I get to join in on the fun and this year we were able to sneak in the celebrations just in the nick of time (more on that later...)

A family celebration kicked things off at Grandma & Grandpa's. Adam (who turned 6, what?!) was gifted lots of great stuff including a globe and some books from Grandma & Grandpa (can you tell Grandma was a teacher?) a new light saber from Uncle Mark, and some Legos, cards & iTunes money (used to finally purchase Mine Craft which he'd been asking for) from Aunt Kathleen & Olivia. 

Then on our actual birthday Andy spent the day spoiling us with balloons, flowers, homemade spaghetti & meatballs, a delicious and decadent assortment of cupcakes and gifts galore! I love sharing my birthday with Adam and I think he would say the same. 

Little did we know there was someone else who was anxious to join in on the September birthday fun...
