Date night in Charleston...

On our last evening in Charleston we went out for an epic double date night with Shon and his, at the time, girlfriend (sigh). Shon had made reservations for us at a really cool "pop up restaurant" event and even though it meant having to get a babysitter for the kids (a first for Adam and Harper) we couldn't turn down this unique evening out. 

The event took place at a cool bourbon bar and distillery. Each course had a unique drink pairing and needless to say we did not go hungry or thirsty. It was such a fun experience - will have to keep an eye out for similar opportunities here at home.

PS: Harper was NOT a fan of having a stranger try to put him to bed - that poor babysitter earned her paycheck that night. Oops!
