We were all dressed in various shades of green and all Adam could talk about was going to see the marching bands! We got downtown with plenty of time to catch the dog parade and to grab a pint before the real parade began. Adam loved waving his Irish flag to the beat of the Irish tunes and I even caught Andy sporting Irish handcuffs.

St. Patty's Day Parade...
They called for rain, but thanks to what I can only assume is the luck of the Irish, the skies were clear, the sun was shining and we were able to enjoy our fifth St. Patrick's Day Parade in Old Town on Saturday.
We got a great spot for the parade and I'm not sure that Adam blinked the entire time. Between the various marching bands, the bag pipes, motorcycles, and tiny race cars, there was just so much to take in. Though, I'm almost certain his favorite part was watching the troop of dancing girls who stopped right in front of us to perform. Two and a half and he's already got his eyes on the ladies!
It really is a great family tradition and we look forward to heading back again next year.
