Christmas Eve at last...

Christmas Eve was finally upon us after a month of anticipation and fun holiday activities. We started our evening celebration with our traditional Christmas Eve gifts. Adam was so excited to rip open his packages revealing a new set of pajamas and a new Christmas book. (The book was "The Spirit of Christmas," by Nancy Tillman, she writes my most favorite books that I've given to Adam over the years.) Andy & I also got our new Christmas pj's. Love that tradition. 

Then we welcomed Ommy, Poppy, Uncle John, Auntie Amy, Drew, Nick & Sam over for an Italian feast! The boys all had so much fun playing together, Adam just loves his cousins! 

After a great dinner it was off to bed for our little buddy (and for Andy too who was feeling under the weather) so it was time for me to put on my Santa hat and get to work. There really is nothing better than preparing the gifts, putting out the cookies, and turning on the magic for one very good and deserving little boy!
