Saturday night Andy and I spent the evening carving pumpkins and making caramel apples. It was the perfect fall activity on a very crisp autumn evening. We even had a little campfire going (in the grill, but still the ambiance was great).
I love my happy pumpkin and Andy's was scary but cute all at the same time. We look forward to including Adam in the process next year, but for now we let our inner child come out to compensate! :)
After our carving extravaganza, we headed inside to make caramel apples. They definitely didn't look as gourmet as I had planned, but it was fun and they tasted great just the same!
